After a successful launch of our advaCOMPOSTER, we have made few changes to material flow into our innovative thermophilic digester system. The changes make our digester system more affordable and make it easier to feed.

We called it advaDIGESTER, because it is not composting process - it is wet digestion process. Functionally it is not much different to advaCOMPOSTER. Only differ in mechanical configuration.

advaDIGESTER comes with integrated shredder, homogenise tank, slurry pump, rotary digester and odour controls.

The organic waste material is fed at one end and processed in an enclosed system. The clean is received at the other end. The waste material flow in one direction. The homogenise tank act as intermediate storage and slow digester. We use high grade slurry pumps capable of pumping more solid content than industry standard process. Hence we have the advaDIGESTER working at optimum at all time.

We do not compost food waste, instead we use innovative wet aerobic digestion technique - the first of its kind in the world!

The advaDIGESTER is fully automated, except for the feeding and unloading. It is very user friendly. It is as easy as throwing your food waste into the bin.

We supply suitable compostable bags for collecting food waste onsite so that you do not need to concern with cleaning of bins.

We collect the fertiliser granules free of charge, so that you do not need to worry about what to do with the fertiliser. If you make a commitment to avoid contaminating the fertiliser with non-organic material, then we will pay you for it too.Thus solving your organic waste problem completely.

Unlike your food waste collection cost, our price will reduce over time. In some cases, where there is large quantity of food waste, it will give a you profitable return. Typical return on investment is 3 years.

Moreover, you will reduce the number of collection trucks entering your site. Mostly we will come to collect the fertiliser discreetly, thus your image will be improved too.
